Safe Haven Adolescent Care Group LTD is an Ofsted Registered specialist therapeutic company who creates fostering type homely homes for only one child in order to replicate a family home as much as possible. The company has an exceptional reputation with having all our homes rated ‘GOOD’ or OUTSTANDING’, further evidencing the outcomes achieved. We have 6 homes and each home has a small group of therapeutically trained Adults supporting our children. This enables strong connections of trust and comfort to be built. Each child we care for comes to us with a unique set of abilities and goals, and each begins his or her journey at a different stage. Consequently, each child's care is specially tailored to meet their needs with bespoke packages in place and is closely monitored throughout their stay with us to ensure that it remains accurate and relevant. 

As a company we pride ourselves on the therapeutic approaches, training and collaborations built to enable this to be instilled into our ethos and culture. We ensure the best training is provided in areas by care experienced or expert by experience trainers where able to do so. 

We work closely in consultation with Children’s Homes Quality to embed a ‘Loving Care’ approach which allows all children to feel safe and loved. To thrive and develop as a child, each individual needs to feel safe, respected, supported and they should know their voices are being heard. Loving care is an effective style of child care based on openness, honesty, and mutual respect. Children’s Home’s Quality also support this further by providing training in the approach and connected training around attachment, trauma, safeguarding and use of language. 

Safe Haven ACG also work have connections with Chrysalis Associates who are an Outstanding Provider of Therapeutic input. Chrysalis work with us to provide therapeutic packages for both the children and the adults supporting them including assessments, direct therapy with the child, consultations with adults and training around the areas of needs.

We specialise in the assessment and treatment of developmental trauma and attachment difficulties and are registered by Ofsted as an Adoption Support Agency. We offer services both to individual children, to their carers and families, and to organisations working to promote young people’s wellbeing.’
